Tommy and team have helped me multiple times and are always timely, knowledgeable and pleasant. I work for myself and time lost can be detrimental. They happily fix mistakes made by others and not too busy to explain what is happening with your device and what is possible. I tell the people in the area to go to them because they will not steer them wrong. In the future if I have any issues with my electronic devices I will take them to this location. Excellent fast effective. 3 other stores were out of stock Pixel 6a cracked screen replacement. Called at 6pm, made appointment 10am next day. Replaced completed 90mins I highly recommend Yasmeen @ JC location.

Absolutely amazing! So so much better than the "Genius Bar" at Apple - my phone's cellular module broke and it couldn't connect to any network. Apple was really unhelpful and didn't seem to know what they were doing, but the nice gentlemen here (Carlos and his colleague, whose name I didn't quite catch) opened up my phone and fixed the motherboard free of charge, saving me hundreds of dollars. I'll definitely be bringing all my business here going forward, strongly recommend!

Tomme was knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience of fixing my phone a breeze. He provided me with multiple options to fix an old phone or just get data off of it, and replaced a completely destroyed screen within a few hours after I dropped off my device on a Sunday. Would definitely come here again!
