This place is a total ripoff. There's no way these positive reviews are real. I came in to buy thermal paste for my CPU, and the guy tried selling me a brand called Protronix—something that normally sells for around $6 almost anywhere else. He claimed it was "the best" (which it’s definitely not) and then tried to charge me $20 for just 6 grams! If you don’t know what you’re doing, they will absolutely take advantage of you. Save yourself the trouble and stay away. You’re way better off ordering from Best Buy, Amazon, or Micro Center. If they’re willing to overcharge that much for a cheap thermal paste, imagine how much they’re gouging people on everything else. Avoid this place at all costs. Pshhh $20 for 6 gram of a low tier thermal paste. luckily I know enough to figure this guy was just trying to rip me off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Sorry but zerooo professionalism Nothing I bought a sim card online and i went to know my number but he gave me false information and fake number And they don't want to refund my money And even the guy who work there he knows nothing about technology I'm sorry we can't work like this

I had a terrible experience at Microtech Computers. They scammed me out of $250 and wasted weeks of my time. If I money I would legit sue them. I brought my laptop in for repair, and they kept it for almost a month, constantly making excuses for the delay. After all that time, they finally told me it couldn't be fixed, but refused to refund the $250 I had already paid. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful, and they clearly have no respect for their customers' time or money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs! Scammers!!

Micro Tech has been great I came here for two of my devices on separate occasions and they have been great with the work they do. I came back the second time because they did so well with my laptop that I trusted them with my iPhone. My phones screen went straight black and my phone company refused to help me. They also fixed the back because it was cracked, looks brand new! Very professional process and efficient!

4 stars are for the owner ,who has been courteous ,Patient and fair over the last 10+ years. However, when he is not on the property his hired staff works against him to run customers away. I have witnessed these guys calling customers names after they walk out. They speak in their native language when they are communicating, usually when they are complaining about someone.I hope the owner finds technicians that better represent him professionally.
