My android phone had an issue, it was not working. Seeing the good reviews, I went seeking assistance. This being an IPhone fix shop, I was not sure. Mike was there to provide an instant response and a solution. And he was giving me alternatives to ensure that this issue does not recur again. Truly appreciate the quick service and the valuable advice

I sent my nephew here with his grandmother to fix his phone as it had a messed up camera and cracked glass in the back . Paid 160.00 cash for the service and was told that it would be a discounted price and no receipt was given. When he came home and opened camera to take picture and switched lens the view was blurry and then amount a week later the back looked like it was peeling off. I went to the store today where a young boy was assisting me with my issue and had offered to repair it. I opted out of the repair bc I wasn’t happy with the initial service and the kid said he would provide refund but he seemed to still want to fix it. A bit of a language communication barrier. I explained it again and he called another person who said there can be no refund on a repair that was completed. I’m not upset about the 160.00 but it seems like a scam and just bringing awareness if anyone has repetitive issues with this place.

TERRIBLE SCAM LIKE SERVICE- Went to get my son’s phone/camera fixed and when it got “fixed” we were asked to pay cash and not with a card. They failed to provide a receipt. We realized that the parts used to replace his phone were incorrect. iE he has an iPhone 14 and the parts belongs to an iPhone12. Called to get the issue resolved but was hung up on and then when we went in person we were asked for the receipt that was never provided for the cash payment. The phone is still not fixed. The idea we went to this place was for its reviews but don’t be fooled. We are reporting to the BBB. *** don’t pay cash, pay with a card in the event you need to do a chargeback because of the service.

Terrible service. I took my cell phone to get fixed. The screen was broken and it was fine. The only thing that happened was that they detuned the speaker on my device. Terrible service. I do not recommend them...🥱🥱👎👎

I really appreciate the help I got from the service here. At one point I was hopeless and the option was to buy a new phone but the service here made my old phone work without any problem and that relieved my entire day stress. I would definitely recommend people around if you face any signal issue or any other issue reach out to this service and get off with your problems !!
