uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I had a swollen battery with no insurance, my cell phone did not turn on and I called uBreakiFix, they told me they had my battery in stock and would repair it within two hours. Customer service was good and I was able to walk out of there with my phone good as new. I was very happy with my experience there.

I highly recommend going to this place! We have used them a few times now and they are the best! Everyone there is super nice and helpful, they have everything back to you very quickly. We recently had a problem with a tablet and we were going through the Asurion insurance, the employees there went above and beyond to make it an easy process. And if you are paying out of pocket, they are extremely reasonably priced and professional.

Amazing! My hard drive died & I thought my desktop was a total loss,not the case,they did a fantastic job of fixing it & it's like brand new! Very friendly & nice folks & pricing was great! I highly recommed.

Unsatisfied They took a 40 dollar deposit to get the Part to fix the phone. Call me to the office couldn't fix it as me to come back tomorrow. Was told they can fix it as they shoe me they couldn't. I as for my money back I was told no I can't get my money back because of labor. I think that wasn't right to take my money like that. Good is not going to come to them. and you don't do business Like that. Calvin

I had a very positive experience UBreakiFix. The employees were courteous and quickly resolved my laptop issues. They even identified issues that i was not aware of and made recommendations to avoid a problem in the future. This is the second time i have used the company and strongly recommend everyone use them.
