I found GS to be a pain in the butt previously. But they were really good at the Woodbridge Store. Very pleasant and thorough on the intake. Completed the service in like 5 hours as opposed to the 2-3 days they quoted. I had recently signed up for the Best Buy Total Membership after another purchase and it covered my older laptop. Nice!

Superb guy. Checked the phone thoroughly and then advised few options. He tried one of the options and phone got back on.. completely humble and very courteous.

You kidding me? Bought a Sharp Roku 50" TV for my mother. Came with a faulty remote. Call tech support... After 1hr call back and 30 min hold time... They give me a claim number and tell me all I have to do is go to Best Buy and I'll get a new remote. I specifically asked if I had to bring the whole package back... With the TV because I installed it with the Roku Mobile App remote. They said no, just bring the remote. Well... That's what we did. At this embarrassingly understaffed Best Buy store. They have no spare remotes... And they told us to go back with the TV and make the return /exchange. I think I'll call corporate, file a complaint for wasting my time, and also return this poor faulty product.
