I went too see if I could get my Phone repaired. The friendly greeting was greatly appreciated since most places you won't get a great experience as soon as you walk in. I must say I achieved great service here my phone was fixed the same day. And it's working well my port now charges and my screen was replaced looks like I purchased a new phone lucky me and Thanks too Marco and his associate at TJ Electronics.

This company has allowed people to use stolen credit card to do purchases. My credit card was stolen and was used here to purchase something for $700, they allow thieves to use other’s card to buy things there all because they want the sale. Very dishonest business!

So far I gotta say that these young men and women that work here give hope that some of our youths are heading towards the right direction! They gone above and beyond to get our iphone charging port fixed and make sure that they can get fixed the same day. The gentleman that attended us even drove out to get the part we needed that same day rather than have us wait 2-3 days for an ordered part to arrive like most places would have done and charge me double what these guys charged us. Their customer service and pricing is by far beyond compare and an understatement to say the least! I don't understand how they're not a full 5 star rating honestly! Only 4.9?! Anyways, longer story short! The port he got wasn't the right one or was faulty, so we still have to come back monday even after he went through so much trouble to get us the part, but he knew how much we needed our phone for work that he hooked us up with a temporary wireless charger in the meantime with the condition we bring back both that and the phone so he can put the proper charging port in, and if it turns out that its not the part but the phone that is the problem, he offered our money back guaranteed! So they try to do good by you and guarantee their work and that customer satisfaction comes first and foremost! My wife thinks they're a gem because you hardly find people this committed to customer satisfactio and humble and so nice like this anymore! We will be doing all our business here in future. Phones break all the time and so do laptops. So they will be seeing us again for future repairs! Thank you guy! You're all great! Much love and successs to you all at this location! Stopped by other places and no one came close to the customer service I received here! Had a cracked phone screen and was given the best price here on top of the excellent customer service. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend anyone who appreciate being treated properly when spending their money given this place a try.
