On 10/7/24 we went to CPR cell repair in Howell and had an excellent encounter with Bob and Shane. I was told I needed a port and battery on my iPhone 7. They both were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and answered all our questions concerns and requests. The part was ordered and repaired the following day. We are Seniors and wanted to keep our cell phones for a while longer. Thank you Bob and Shane for all your kindness and expertise on handling our cell phone needs. The fellas at my local CPR were very polite. They helped me out with a Camera issue that I needed fixed. They didn't have all of the parts available at my original appointment, but got them in ASAP and contacted me as soon as they arrived. When I showed up, they took my phone and were very quick with the turn around.

The guy assisting me with my iPhone 13 mini repair (phone was “crunched” needed screen and touch replaced) was awesome, knowledgeable , and managed multitasking with new people popping in , assisting them, while still repairing my phone. He did a great job. CPR gave stellar service!

My T-Mobile insurance directed me to this location as it was close to my house and easier for me to go there than to mail the phone in for service. .I made my appointment online at 1:45 for a 2:30 slot. Upon arrival, the gentleman was very nice ( I wish i could remember his name because he definitely deserves a shout-out) I had two issues with my phone: 1) a pink line running the length of the phone 2) sound was low whereas I had to use the speaker phone at all times.... The phone was fixed in approximately 30 minutes and I am well pleased!!! I don't know what the cost would have been if I did not have insurance but I gladly paid my TMobile deductible. With the high cost of cell phones I will keep this IPhone 12 ProMax as long as it keeps me 📱.
