My phone was broken in both places the front and back. I only got the front screen repaired then I had an issue. The owner was nice enough to hear my complaint and work with me. He showed me kindness and help me fix the issues. He believe me when I explained what happens, that meant the most to me. He was so kind he repaired the back of my iPhone for free of charge. I didn’t ask him to do that he must saw it meant a lot to me. I was saving this phone for my daughter. I just want to say thank you, I really appreciate The service he show for me and also taken the time to work with me. Thank you.

Efficient and quick service. The customer service representative was of great help. Went in for a battery replacement and he was quite transparent about the battery they are replacing, its warranty details etc. phone feels like new, hopefully will run for a year or two.
