Worst service ever and that's saying something! They don't fix things, they make it worse. No accountability at all, incompetence on a whole other level! They have had my computer for almost 2 months and it's worse off than when I sent it in. Do not use these guys for any repairs! Customer service sucks! Everything sucks about this company! I get it, It's the wild wild west these days and no one cares but these dudes, I mean, wow, they just know how to make things worse! Stay away! I know these reviews mean nothing so I hardly review but these guys I am making an exception! If you want your electronics unrepaired or not working even further, if you are looking to destroy your electronics and pay for that, they this is the company! They are good at that! I wish there were negative stars, cause I would give them a -10 stars!

Went in today (Oct 1) as scheduled through Apple Care Support. The gentleman (I wish I got his name to shout out the great service) who assisted me was kind and helpful. He told me it would take an hour and sure enough, an hour later my phone was fixed! Thanks!

My IPhone 12 Pro battery was completely shot, wouldn’t stay on. Made an appointment here on a Monday and they got the order placed for the battery that day. Battery arrived that Wednesday and I got my phone in Thursday morning, repair was done in an hour. Phone is as good as new. Great communication from staff as well, would recommend this place for a quick fix

Better off going directly to Apple. This site doesn’t keep anything in stock and will tell you they have to diagnose for a fee. Diagnose takes a few days. Why? Because they send your device to Apple lol. So why the need for a middle man when you can just go to the Apple directly yourself without a fee?? Don’t know why Apple keeps routing to them on their website. Total waste of time.

I went here first, since I was directed by the apple customer care, but I regret going here. Why? Because they charged me to do diagnostics on my system. After the diagnosis the response was to replace the entire motherboard, then for an second opinion I visited the apple store in the oculus new york. Here they did the diagnosis for free and asked me to replace the display instead of the motherboard, again I was not happy with them either, but atleast I was not charged for diagnosis at oculus service center.
