Highly recommend this company - I was having issues with my laptop and reached out for support since they were so highly rated. And even though I did not have a contract with them, they took the time to discuss my concern and point me in the right direction to solve the issue. Other tech support told me my laptop could not be saved, but they knew just what was wrong and were invaluable in helping me save my hard drive/data. Thank you so much!

I called Flash Tech with regards to a home printer service. Even though they don't offer this residential service, they still kindly provided me direction on how to potentially fix my nozzle head issue. I followed their instructions (that I might need to try more than 10 times) and it worked after 17 times. This saved me buying a new printed. Thank you Flash Tech for being generous with your knowledge to someone who wasn't a client, it was much appreciated!

Brought in my MacBook to Flash Tech on a whim not knowing I needed an appointment, however this was no issue as Bill promptly accommodated me. Once inside I explained the issue and was given a clear breakdown on pricing. The issue was fairly simple to resolve so it was all done by the end of the day. Upon picking my laptop up I received an explanation from Matt on the services rendered and settled up my remaining balance. Bill and Matt are very professional and friendly & I highly recommend Flash Tech. All in all 10/10
