The associates were very helpful. The only issue I had was that they did not carry the high yield ink cartridge that I needed in store. Since I needed that item asap I had to end up paying twice the amount for the regular cartridge then I would have if they had the high yield cartridge in-store. (The regular cartridge which gives about 1500 pages of ink cost me about $85 and the high yield cartridge which gives about 3000 pages of ink costs $115.). I would have gotten more bang for my buck if they carried the high yield cartridge in-store.

Went in to staples to purchase a paper shredder. The one I picked out was on sale but at the register the pricing was incorrect and I unfortunately did not notice at the time. However, I went back a few hours later and the manager quickly and professionally corrected the situation and made it right with no issues. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at this Staples.

Today is September 13, 2024 whoever’s working today at 5:00 PM or a bunch of lazy jerks. I asked the guy at the print and shipping area to take my UPS package and he told me just to leave it there on the counter. I needed a receipt. He then said you’re gonna have to wait a very long time. Meanwhile, there’s nobody there just me. If you don’t like your job, then go work someplace else. Don’t take it out on the customer.
