It's very hard to find this place once you get to the office building it's in. But the entrance is on the outside of the building and there are no signs to let you know that. When I finally located the door for the place I walked in and it looked like a room with a couple if tables that were littered with little tools and junk. I told the kid about the situation with my boyfriend's phone, and he told me the part for his phone STILL hadn't arrived (we were originally told the part would be there by that day when we first went there 3 days earlier) So I left my boyfriend's phone with the kid along with my phone number to reach me when the phone was ready. So 2 days later around 6:30pm I called the store to ask if my man's phone was ready yet and the dude tells me that yes that phone has BEEN ready to be picked up since yesterday evening!!!!!! so we went and picked up hi phone and they fixed it - did a very good job - but then when it came time to pay for it..... it was over $100 !!!!!! I thought that was a ridiculous price just to have the screen replaced - especially when I have gotten a screen replaced in the past for less than $70 and it was done within hours not days.

Did a special order for my pixel's screen, (my phone got run over by a car) and they had it fixed same day they got the part. Amazing service at a reasonable price

I found Orada Tech on line and they were only 10 minutes away from me which immediately got my attention. I called the night before just before closing to check pricing and store hours. All sounded good so i planned on getting there the next day. I went to the store a half hour before the scheduled opening and sure enough they let me in. I gave them my phone and they asked for a contact number and that they will call me if the phone is fixed quicker than promised. They told me come back in an hour. So i went to grab some lunch and i received a call that my phone was ready ! it took them less than 45 minutes to repair it. FANTASTIC! Now to make things better they gave me a discount for a first time customer! I met the owner and was extremely impressed with his demeanor and his staff was on the ball too. I HIGHLY recommend Orada as they under promised and over delivered ! I`m in sales and i always look for a company that delivers like I do to my customers.! Don`t waste your time with others this is the place to get your phones fixed in the Hazlet , Aberdeen, Keyport and Middletown Area ! THEY ROCK !!!!!!! They are Amazing !!
