uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

These guys saved my butt!! I smashed my phone and got a new one through insurance.. Only there was problem! Unfortunately I thought my stuff was uploaded to the cloud.. But for the last 2 years nothing was..... That's OK smart switch should have me covered... Wrong... The screen was broken in a way that wouldnt let me press OK to transfer the data! With over 20 thousand pictures videos and other important files trapped on my phone for over a week after trying everything I could including going to a Verizon corporate store.. They were able to Frankenstein my old phone with a new screen so I could finally press OK! After almost 6 hours of data transfer I have all my stuff back... Now to be sure my stuff is actually uploaded to the cloud this time......

J was AMAZING not just dealing with me but several other customers I watched him interact with! (One gentleman sounded like he had a particularly difficult problem with his phone/carrier, but in the end J was able to help him when all the reps they had reached on the phone appeared useless. Even though I accidentally learned today there is a closer store near me, i would much rather make the 30 min drive to this location where I know I will be treated right! TY J for fixing my phone!!! ;)

We had the most pleasant experience working with UBreakiFix today. They (Jay in particular) were very knowledgeable and helpful. He then went above and beyond to ensure our problems with the phone and process were resolved without delay. 10 out of 10!

Horrible store They claim 1 year warranty on their parts and they refused to replace the defective screen they put on my phone a week ago. Phone is free of any scratches (front and back) and they claimed the burned spots and random lines showing up on the screen are due to physical damage and now I have to pay for it. Ridiculous I had to escalate it to Google to get my phone fixed * Edit in response to store response; been 3-4 days now between filing claims to claim center and sending emails to store and haven't gotten my issue addressed. Escalated the situation to Google and all they needed was pictures to show the device is free of damage (like what any reasonable person would do with no fraudulent intents) and they sent me a replacement in 10 minutes. It's a shame I had to get my pixel device fixed through ubreakifix.

Great experience working with Bhupen. He was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Dropped a 30lb weight on my phone and brought it in. Three hours later the phone was repaired and like new.
