I enjoy going to the Staples in Mansfield. They have a good selection of computers. It's easy to walk around and pick your needed items. Mike help me pick the best chair for my office. Bill is always super customer friendly. And Dan is always helpful with the print jobs I sent him.

Today I received phenomenal service in this store. I came in for a very minor task - to request copies of a document. Ray assisted me warmly and efficiently. While the service Ray provided me had a total cost of under $2, I was treated as a valued customer. He was engaging and attentive while simultaneously meeting the needs of several customers. Ray seemed to truly enjoy interacting with every client, and I found myself smiling as I left the store. In this day and age when kindness is a bit underrated, it was a pleasure to shop at this store. Thank you!

George was very helpful when I explained that I was not allowed to pick up anything over 5 lbs and he gladly weighed the paperwork to be shredded ... the young lady that was also working in the same department I couldn't see her because her is very long she gladly helped me set a Staples rewards card if only young people were as pleasant as these 2 young workers ... I also noticed that you can deal with Amazon at the store and if you need to get rid off clothes or other clothing donations they have several donation bins at the end of the parking lots as you can see by the pictures included only things that can fit in the slot is the only things you can donate, I strongly suggest that you DO NOT ANY ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE BIN ... YOU WILL PROBABLY RECEIVE A CITATION ... I see that they are a UPS hub here and they have trucks and bobcats here not sure if you can rent them as I didn't ask about that service.

I did not catch the employees name behind the copy/printer counter but he is an AMAZING employee. He went ABOVE and beyond with helping me create my seating chart. During this time he was bombarded with customers and he had to multitask which he did with ease. His customer service is something alone he should get a raise for!

I went in to grab two 24 inch monitors and cables to replace my old monitor and tv that I was using. Everything was in stock and checkout was quick. Love it when everything falls into place.
