DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Michael had an attitude from the start. Walked in with a fully functioning phone all I wanted was him to fix my cracked screen, now I’m on my way to apple to get a new phone because Michael gave me my phone back non functional. This place is so unprofessional save your money and your time.

I used to like this place for my phone repairs, My laptop looks worse than when I purchased it. I am extremely dissatisfied. The repaired part does not fit correctly and feels very cheap. They buy cheap refurbished parts from China to profit more. The color and finish does not match. Not worth the $250+ repair. The bottom cover now clicks and moves. My screen has a gap when it closes. Also, the back cover was scratched. I told the guy working that the parts don't fit and his response was "I don't know, my colleague did the repair, there is nothing I can do.

This Place Will Rip You off if you let them. I got charged $200 to replace a laptop keyboard just to find out one of the keyboard keys was unresponsive. When I return to the store. They told me we can order a new keyboard for $200. Do not recommend this place ! I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I went there. DON'T GO THERE. Just waste your time, have negative feelings and make things worse…Way over price for fixing anything. I will not be sending no one to them.

Wonderful service. Fixed phone quickly and professionally. Even stayed late to make sure everything worked properly. I’ve been coming for years great place !
