As just one person that doesn't own a large company with comprehensive network needs, it has been very difficult finding professional IT help to set up the integrated computer services that I've been looking for. I can't even tell you how many phone calls I made, over several weeks. Seriously. Then I called ICS. I spoke to Mike. Even though it's just me and I don't run a company, Mike listened, patiently. Then he did one better. He provided me valuable guidance that led me to the best solution for my IT needs. ICS is a great firm and Mike really listens and really cares. Highly recommended. A+++

9 years ago i needed a solution to setup an entire new dental office buildout. I may have been the smallest client they worked on but their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to the job was present from start to finish. As someone who comes from a family of tradesmen the technicians did a beautiful job running the cables and turned my server into a work of art. Their managed support is the best in the business.
