uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

After a Samsung screen replacement, I now I have dirt on the front facing lens, under the screen. They claim they couldn't have done it during their work on the phone. They suggest that somehow dirt worked it's way under the screen on its own after they did the screen replacement. They want to charge me to do the job again rather than honor their warranty on the work they didn't do correctly the first time. $350 garbage. I'd look elsewhere if you need professional, quality service.

It was overall a good experience they got my computer done within 3 weeks with the exception of multiple holidays hours. However, they did lie to me a few times about my computer being done the day after i called about it and it never was which was a little frustrating id rather have them be honest about it. But yet again i will give them the benefit of the doubt because it was on over multiple holidays, but not a bad place i would probably go here again.

I met Noah during a consultation for my PC repairs and was very impressed by the level of professionalism and dedication to every single detail to ensure my computer is properly fixed and not just patched over. Noah found, along with his team, that my computer could be suffering from Hardware related issues, nevertheless, they went and created a complete set of a stress tests to make sure the CPU was responsive from the software side to eliminate angles could resolve the problem. I will definitely recommend this store, in the future, to everyone I know in need of IT related fixes and complicated maintenance because of what I was able to see done with my own PC and my case. More importantly with this store and the team, Asurion is offering a fantastic IT Shop for South Jersey where in the past I would have had to drive 1 hour and 45 minute into Pennsylvania in order to find the same level of expertise and care. The convenience cannot be understated. Truly pleased with the experience, dedication and knowledge offered!

Went in for an warranty repair. Tried to call ahead multiple times but received no answer (no machine). Drove an hour out to visit. Went in and was immediately turned away (rudely) - did not look up claim information. Was told they did not have my phone or parts in stock and they had no real ETA on parts. Asked to leave a number, based on the issues and was told no. I would basically have to get lucky and be there at some point when the stars aligned and they had parts.

My Nintendo said xl had a stripped screw and I also needed the battery replaced. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and was knowledgeable about my device it took no time to get fixed. I am grateful to the team and would highly recommend this location!
