Tonight, around 5:40 PM, I visited your store with my mother and had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience. We purchased a backpack, pencils, and folders. While we were at the register, everything seemed fine at first—until a manager intervened. The manager looked my mother, a woman of color, up and down in a way that felt judgmental and disrespectful. They then interrupted the cashier and proceeded to search the backpack we were purchasing, claiming it was “protocol.” This was unnecessary and demeaning, especially since the backpack was displayed right next to the registers. To make matters worse, this happened in front of other customers, making the experience even more humiliating and embarrassing. When it came time to pay, we used two different cards. While processing the second card, the cashier rudely asked, “Is that even your card?” This remark was highly inappropriate, implying that we were being dishonest. Throughout our time in the store, we also noticed staff following us and lurking nearby, which made us feel targeted and unwelcome. The treatment we received was blatantly biased and unprofessional. I urge you to take this matter seriously. Your employees’ behavior reflects poorly on your store and creates a hostile environment for customers. Please work on hiring and training staff who are respectful, unbiased, and professional.

Casey was a huge help today. My dad and I completely botched our poster when trying to glue it on to a board at home. When we called to order a replacement, Casey was not only able to accommodate our tight deadline on such short notice, but was also able to mount the poster onto a foam backing for us. (It said online the poster with backing wouldn’t be ready for a week, but he had it done for us in a few hours!!!) Give Casey a raise 💖

This location is fantastic! Casey from the photo and printing department single handedly saved our baby shower. Would highly recommend this location because it's clean, employees were friendly, and because of him.

Just picked up my new red desk chair and I love it. It took no time for the staff to assemble it and put it in my car. The clerks in the store were all pleasant and very helpful. And, I was thrilled to catch a fantastic sale!

I came to staples for an Amazon return. I'd recommend going somewhere else if possible. I usually drop off at whole foods, where return notifications come within minutes of returning your item. At staples, in contrast, the notifications can take hours or even a day before you know if it was returned properly. They give you a receipt, but mine was printed on top of a coupon using red paper. The ink they used was running low, and as a result it was basically illegible. If you want an efficient return, there are better places out there. I probably will try to avoid this place in the future.
