I needed assistance with hooking up my new laptop with my printer. But could not have been more patient kind as well as teaching me new things with regards to the printer and ways to use my computer in a more accurate way. He was right on time Explained everything he was doing and how he was doing it so that I would know if I had a problem and he wasn’t available immediately to assist me. I would call Nerds To Go again before I go or buy anything else with regards to a computer a printer anything to do with being online setting up accounts, etc. I highly recommend Nerds To Go!

Brought in my 12 year old HP in on its last legs. Bud gave me honest advice and helpful recommendations. He was able to save and transfer everything from my old computer to a new one. My son had his computer fixed by Bud. And he did an excellent job and I just had my HP all-in-one service by him and I'm going to pick it up right now and I hope that everything is okay. I don't see a problem. He seems very professional answers every question. So we'll see how it goes.
