Alissa at the Staples in Flemington NJ was excellent at helping me with my daughter's baby shower invitation. She was right that the colors would pop more on a white card stock vs cream, was able to do it that day and was helpful......all via email. SO EASY!!! The price was great as well. What service! So much better than printing from home and I am sure I saved on ink. Thanks Alissa----perfect transaction!

Staples offers many services I think most people don't realize! I've used them for holiday cards, banners, shredding and also printer toner recycling. Sometimes i can find gifts there too, especially around the holidays. The staff is always helpful and friendly too 🙂

Very disappointed in the customer service at the Flemington location. I have never been treated so poorly at a Staples in my life! I came in to purchase a laptop and the man with the beard was highly annoyed that I wouldn’t take his advice and purchase a brand different than HP. That’s all fine and dandy that he doesn’t like HP for its “plastic parts” but I happen to like them. Then he got super annoyed that I wouldn’t purchase the $400 whatever plan cause my “ hp laptop was gonna break within a year…” He walked away from me waving his hand in the air saying…”your laptop is at the checkout.” Then I bothered him to ask where an additional item was and he reluctantly told me by pointing his finger in some direction, making zero eye contact with me. Seriously, I’m spending close to $700 in your Store and that’s how you treat me? If it wasn’t for the fact I needed a laptop today, I would’ve take my business somewhere else.

Staples is a great store for recycling Rechargeable Batteries, ink Cartridges as you get points on your Staples App and use this towards buying other Staple products. The sales associates are helpful and friendly.
