All good! They fixed driver issues which were plaguing me for months... The laptop stopped reading my flash drive, now working again.... Desktop picture stopped working, now restored! I highly recommend them to safely work on your computer... I happily paid my fee which I thought was very fair for the service they rendered... Again, they were fair and got me back on track!! Thanks

Tom and his team are excellent. They are expert in computer related help of all kinds, security camera systems such as Ring, Nest, and others, sound systems for the house, and more. The team is thoughtful and considerate and is very careful to make sure that the customer is happy with the result. Their prices are fair and they're friendly, professional, and highly responsive. They deserve the highest rating!

They are the best. Very good technically, and also very patient and helpful, Including to people like me who really don’t know much about their own computers and have problems that seem complicated but are actually Very simple. They give advice on how to fix this without talking down to you. Their cost is very reasonable, and they are very honest. They are worth every dime. They are all good, but my favorite is Thomas because he has been so Helpful to me.

This is an update from the first review. Tom gave us a call a couple of days after this post and told us he would refund our fee. I was appreciative of that gesture and hope that the next time we bring our computer in he’s there to oversee it. We never had problems before and we’re always very pleased with Tom’s assessments. I’ll be sure to ask for Tom next time. Thank you for making it right. Disappointed at the explanation and lack of social skills from the employees. With a two year old computer, never expected such a careless reply and will not return. As a customer who has used this service many times in my town, I will not be returning. I was hoping the owner would follow up to find out what happened and why I decided not to spend $335.00 to repair a fairly new computer!
