Very courteous & knowledgeable. Fixed a detached bezel of an otherwise working & with expired warranty Apple watch. Did it in 5 minutes!! Very grateful. Made my day.

They were patient and quick to determine what the problem was with our kid's phone - the battery. They even had a new one available and were ready to replace it (~1.5 hr). Needless to say, we decided to get a new phone and didn't need their services. Now we know where to go if anything happens to our phones.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Took my flip z 6 phone under warranty in for Samsung factory authorized service in September. Had to call online support because store never answered their phone. Online support reported that Englewood never ordered the part, but would have it now. They had the phone from October 16th to December 9th, claiming Samsung recalled part. Online tracking showed still never ordered. Picked up today to UPS directly to Samsung. No explanation from store, simply did not care. Never use uBreakiFix! Update: phone repaired by Samsung directly. Provided an overnight mailing label, repaired and returned it within 8-days. I lost more than 3-months of use and warranty coverage because I tried to use my local uBreakiFix. A lesson learned, use Samsung directly for all warranty repairs.
