Called around a lot of different places today did some research that great reviews I had issues with my screen and because it was an older phone a lot of places didn't carry the parts so I went to tech plug in person In Elwood park the gentleman told me he can order thesports and haven't bought this evening different places told me I need to keep my phone for a day came back this evening around 630 gentlemen proceeded to work he went above and beyond they closed at 730 he worked to almost 8 o'clock service was great very professional pleasant I encourage anybody has issues with anything techie films laptops computers at least the price was very reasonable compared to the places that wanted to Lisa $100 more keep app the good work thanks

**EDITED** General manager went way above and beyond to remedy a situation that happened on a sale. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, it’s how they are handled that makes the difference between a fly by night business who only cares about numbers….and a trusted customer service driven establishment that puts the customers before the dollar bill. I’d give six stars if I could and would recommend to ANYONE AND EVERYONE who needs a quality phone or repair. Cheers 🍻

Went this past Saturday. I read a bunch of the reviews on here and gave the store a call. Sam answered and was very personable. When I arrived at the store I showed him my IPhone X. We chuckled at the fact that it was an older phone but still working properly, but at this point the screen was popping off on its own. Sam determined that it was happening due to the battery swelling due to its age. Sam took only about 45 minutes and had my phone working just like new. Prices were very reasonable and the service was top notch. If I have any other issues with other devices I will be sure to come back. A+

Tech Plug is the best repair shop in NJ! They are reliable, knowledgable, honest, and will get the job done in a timely manner. My iPhone started rebooting with flashing Apple logo; it did not stop no matter what I did to troubleshoot. Apple had no solution that guaranteed both repair and keeping my data safe. Sam explained Error 4013 is a hardware issue causing a circuit shortage. I got my phone back good as new, all features working & most importantly - no data loss. Tech plug is my go to place format repairs. The technician is very helpful and does not suggest a repair if not worth it but tries to help you the best. Very knowledgeable in the field and accommodating.I recommended the place and is 5🌟
