Samsung TV that's probably about 7 years old now, and suddenly dimmed from one corner to the other. Took it in and described the symptom, and they already had a pretty good guess as to what the issue may be, and told me that it's fixable... just a question of how much. Got back to me within a couple of days letting me know that it's the backlighting and gave me a very reasonable $ quote to get it fixed, and turned it around within another day or so. Have had it now more than a month since the repair and it's been working like new. Highly recommend this business.

I bought this costly TV from Best Buy in 2021. I had the Geek Squad protection plan for about two years, so it expired. I reached out to them anyway, and their Geek Squad representative didn't even try to see my TV. He told me over the phone that I could do nothing without looking at my TV. I decided to give this company a try. It was the best decision I made all year. Don't let these idiots at Geek Squad force you to buy a new tv. 📺 so worth the service. Excellent communication and good customer service.

nothing but a scammer i paid him 107 $ debit and then he told me if you paid cash cash is gonna cost you just 100 so i did it . But the trick is you never gonna be refunded . he is scammer 100% is my fault i didnt check the reviews .

I had a Sony TV (XBR-49X800C) that suddenly stopped working after I did a factory reset. The TV would turn on but get stuck on the SONY logo. I brought my TV into this place for an estimate and assessment and he said he would try to fix it if it was software related, otherwise, it may need a new motherboard. Told me up front how much his cost was and if he needed to replace the board then an additional cost. Very straight forward with the process and cost. The time to fix did take about 2 weeks, but I am very happy with the results and repair. My TV works like new now.

Another emergency leave??? Hope everything is ok but it’s time to get my Panasonic blu ray player back. If the door opens or not, I don’t care anymore. I’ll be back on Feb 17 to pick it up. ARE YOU BACK IN THE COUNTRY YET??? It’s been over a year. Can I have my blu ray player back now? I BOUGHT A NEW BLU RAY PLAYER but I’d like my old one back. I’m sure someone will fix it? How can you go over a year without calling the customer?
