Worst store and company to ever go to. I went to their location in Elizabeth and brought my 15 pro and it was flashing an apple sign and when I got it back the screen was cracked and was flashing a green screen. They said it would be 500 to fix and would take up to 2 weeks. Made me pay $35 just to diagnose the phone. This place is a completely scam. They had some young kid working on my phone. When I came back the first time to check on my phone the kid hadn’t even started working on my phone and was in fact playing Fortnite on a monitor in the back. I would recommend this place to anyone in fact I suggest this company should get shut down. I am going to check to see if this company is accredited by the better business bureau and I’m going to assure this gets reported. I’ve never hated doing business with a company as much as I did with this company. DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT. COMPLETE SCAMMMM

187A Elmora Ave, Elizabeth, NJ. I would give them a 0 rating if I could. I took my computer for repair, they said it was the battery, replaced it, probably did a factory reset and turned around and said I needed a new hard drive. I was mad because the main reason I tried to get the laptop fixed was to regain access to my files. They lost them all. I gave them permission to replace the hard drive. Picked up the computer and it wouldn't charge. When I took it back, they said I needed a new port. They replaced the port and then came back and said, it wasn't the port, it was probably the battery, again (one that they claim to have replaced). They claim to have swapped the battery out and when that did not work, they said I needed a new motherboard. Like, really! I asked them to keep their battery, harddrive and port and give me my $330 that i had already paid for the battery and harddrive.... I made it clear i wasn't going to pay for the port or let them replace the motherboard. I wasn't ready to give them another chance to screw up. They refused to give me any money back claiming that time frame to return the battery had expired. I asked them to look at the history. I never used that computer at all after the repaired it. I just turned it on and when i noticed that the battery was drained and it wouldn't charge, I turned it off. I have never sued anyone in my life but i am going to sue them. It is sad that this had to end this way but they left me with no choice. $330 is too much money for me to lose. I picked up my laptop on January 8th, 2025 but it wouldn't even turn on. Very incompetent team of people

Order#3058 1. First let me say thank you for fixing my PS5, although it was a difficult fix, you guys managed to fix the console. 2. I had an apple laptop there, I knew it would require a very extensive fix (expensive), so I decided I wouldn't fix it. Thank you for the prompt diagnose. 3. For this item I was not satisfied at all, it was an old galaxy S8 that required an entire casing + screen replacement. My problem was that the touchscreen has delay response, very noticeable to the naked eye. When I brought this up to the person who charged me for the services, she brushed it off and said "its fine". For a $188 service repair for a very old phone and to leave it like that its abysmal and not okay at all. Specially after bringing it up right after HANDING ME OVER the device. I do not recommend this place.

The worst place ever I went to them like couple weeks ago my phone was cracked from the back and the buttons wasn’t working.. i told them that I need to fix the buttons they said okay we will see come after 3 hours i came back after 3 hours.. the girl who works there told me we will fix it but the buttons won’t work.. that’s not what I asked for I told her to take my phone back she said no we are fixing the back.. then she told me come back after half an hour I said okay.. i came back after half an hour she said the phone isnt ready!!!! I waited 2 hours in the store and after 2 hours of waiting THE SCREEN didnt work!!!!!!! They broke something from inside the screen and my screen was very good not even a small crack I PAID $180 for a bad thing, also she told me to COME BACK TOMORROW i spent my WHOLE DAY JUST WAITING FOR MY 3 HOURS PHONE.. i came the next day i got my phone but my phone started to turn off by its self for 5 mins and the phone keep lagging after all that!! HOW MY SCREEN GOT BROKE IF ORIGINALLY MY SCREEN WAS VERY GOOD. My phone is Iphone 14 pro max and now I need a new phone they R THE WORTS DO NOT GO THERE PLEASE
