These guys saved my tail. I got scammed and mistakenly bought a locked iPhone. Everywhere else I called told me I was out of luck and the phone was worthless. I called them and felt comfortable as Angel worked out some crazy master unlock sim for me that got my phone to work. I'm going to hold him accountable that this unlock will work and update the review if it doesn't but for now he's truly an Angel. Best iPhone store ever.

If you're going to a shop, anticipating to find a solution for your problem, then this is NOT the place to go. This place is the definition of unprofessionalism. Let alone my in store experience, the fact that this store responds to each and every 1 star review by insulting the customer exemplifies the flaws within this shop. Clearly, every time this shop receives a 1 star review, they're just going to be accusing you of writing a "fake review" as some poor guy named Mandeep. He was probably just another guy like us who came here to have his problem resolved but ended up walking away with even more issues in his phone. Yet again, this shop has portrayed just how much it lacks professionalism. What professional comes up with the same excuse for every 1 star review and tries to discredit your honest review?
