I had decided to build my first ever gaming pc. Everything went fine and as you can see it was a very expensive system. I even got to the bios. Turns out I wired a bunch of stuff incorrectly and didn’t even know it, causing the motherboard to short circuit. I had lost all power and couldn’t get the computer to boot anymore let alone show me any lights or fans spinning, nothing worked. I thought I had lost everything and wasted thousands! I decided to come to Mo and dropped off my pc. After a few short days he sends me a picture of it working and the in the bios and he had completely fixed it for me and even wired it and did amazing cable management. His prices are very generous and even come with a 1 year warranty. Overall a great guy and great service and even explained everything to me.

I just brought a new computer into to Moe to setup for me last week. He set up the computer the way I told him to. I took the computer home and I had questions for him soon as I got in the door. He was very patient and kind. Didn't rush me off the phone and took his time answering my questions. Today I also had more questions and he walked through the questions that I had. He even waited until I shut down my computer and rebooted. I am a Senior citizen and he felt good to make a call and have someone listen to you, help you, and not rush you and know what they are talking about. I know I will be calling him again because every week I learn a new feature in Windows. I have been going to Moe for over ten years. He is honest does not try to rip you off and dependable. The owner/operator, Mo, is an outstanding person to deal with. He gives you straight answers, free estimates and provides plenty of details as to what the problem is and how he plans to fix it. He salvaged most of the info on our computer and even saved most of the installed programs onto a new hard drive. I didn't have to even reinstall most of the programs and files from my backup drive. Service was done before the estimated time promised. This is a top notch repair service. Don't let the modest little office fool you- Mo knows what he's doing and can be trusted. A hidden gem! A small business that provides excellent computer service and repairs. PC or Mac go see Moe, he's an expert! He explains the issue, is very thorough and charges a fair price. He fixed my laptop and warranteed his work. I had a much better experience at CR Computer than at the Apple store at the mall! Moe treated me with respect and my laptop is running like new again.
