I really like this shopping mall and I go there often. It is close to home and you can find everything you need there, and there is also a place to eat, different kinds of food and drinks.

I enjoy going to this Apple Store and the employees are (typically) kind, helpful, & efficient. I have never had a bad experience at this Apple Store location prior to today. Today, I was waiting in line to be checked in and ask a question inside. The question I had was a somewhat complex question that I wanted a full explanation to, not just a quick interaction. I also did not want to hold up the line behind me with my question. The lady who was supposed to help check me in gave me a hard time with a poor attitude. She proceeded to be hostile and not help me at all after making me uncomfortable. Unacceptable behavior and I expected so much better from this store.

Very disappointed in the lack of accountability at the Menlo location had to jump through hoops to get my phone repaired when I not only pay monthly for AppleCare, but the phone I was issued by this store was defective. Never once did a supervisor or manager intervene to make the process smoother. Bad customer service completely inexcusable.

My two devices were not charging yesterday Saturday 12/28. I went to T-mobile. They recommended for cleaning go to the Apple Store.i do have severe health conditions and didn’t feel good at all as I had seen the doctor at city MD nearby.in the afternoon. I needed my phones . So I stopped by the Menlo mall Apple Store. The associates at the door made me appointment for around 8o’clock. Since I wasn’t feeling well I asked if this could be done on an exception. The associate asked me to wait. After a few minutes she came back with the store manager.I explained to her about my health and my issue, .she said they couldn’t do it over there? I said I don’t know what the procedure is . She said no and continued to give alternative for tomorrow, Sunday at 11.but then again as I had to take care of the issue, I asked her if I came in tomorrow at 11 , could it be done then . She said no the next appointment for tomorrow is at 4:15. Then I told her you’re giving me wrong information. Her approach after this was disrespectfully and she mentioned that I’m the manger and I’ll cancel your appointment for tonight. I understand that she should not have deprioritize no one else’s turn, but talking to a a client in my conditions needed more caring and attention and respect .At least she could’ve sympathized with me instead of showing me her authority and her ability to cancel my appointment. I felt very disrespected and ignored from this manager.as e result of the aggravation of the argument I ve become more sick today. This is not acceptable.

I had the fastest experience with this specific Apple location. I was greeted with pleasure from the front girl to Andrew who helped me with my issue with an iPad. I was very pleased at the overall customer service here.
