Advanced Micro Distribution Channels

It has been three weeks since I've brought my iMac to this company...and everything they told me lived up to what they told me. My hard drive needed to be replaced. I didn't have to worry about data transfer because I had everything backed up on time machine. But they knew what the problem was when I described what was going on. I did not want to deal with the Apple Store. So when I found a local repair shop from the Apple customer support, I called them to see if they take individuals (they do...and they told me that I didn't need to make an appointment, which Apple said would ne necessary.) Now my iMac is running like a champ. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and outstanding macbook hardware repair. . My MacBook Pro was got back to life. They are Apple certified and I was able to use AppleCare plus and get it fixed through this company. - great service!!!! My laptop looks brand new. Thank you!

I dealt with kim over email and she was extremely vague and rude when I was asking her questions. She told me to directly take my laptop to the apple store and not go to Advance Micro Distribution Channels because I told her I don't need my LCD replaced for $625 because it's working perfectly fine and the only thing that needed to be replaced is the Logo Baffle for a minor damage. I had to call apple and get a better apple repair place with better customer care/service.

I reached out to AMDC via e-mail from their website, and just heard back in two days with detailed response with all of my queries. I set up up a time to have my MacBook Air 2014 inspected, and within an hour of dropping off my machine, the battery was changed and replaced with an original Apple part. 5/5, highly recommend. Professional and pleasant service. Will definitely reach out in the future for my personal tech needs.
