Apple American Dream

This store was so great! The person that greeted me was so attentive. Thank you to the sales person Leah for helping me purchase a new laptop, phone, AND watch. She even helped me connect all my devices so quickly, insurance for all my products which is very important for me since I travel a lot !! Oh and some new AirPods for my daughter! Thank you Leah!!!

The staff at the Apple Store in American Dream have had me waiting since 10:19 AM for a simple front screen replacement. I was initially told it would be ready by 12:45 PM, but every 15 minutes, I’m given a different excuse. It is now 2:17 PM, and I still don’t have my phone. As a result, I will miss my flight entirely. This level of service is unacceptable. If you need a phone repaired or require any assistance, avoid the Apple Store at American Dream.

Had to push via the Apple support phone # but a quick same day turnaround on a MacBook screen repair. Not sure how their business model works, but like others have mentioned, the swiftness in service doesn't match the large number of Apple shirts on the floor. Staffs need to be better deployed to assist customers.

I visited this Apple store intending to purchase a MacBook Pro and iPhone 16 Pro. Although the store was full of employees in red shirts, I was repeatedly told to wait for a sales representative. Despite standing around for 30 minutes, no one assisted me. When I finally asked how much longer I’d have to wait, the only response I received was, “we are busy.” This level of customer service was extremely disappointing, and I eventually left without making a purchase. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how they handle post-purchase support.
