I would highly recommend Marketplace Computers!!!! Alex and Jose are an amazing team, their customer service and support is A+. I came in looking for help with a newer laptop that was running slow. I also brought in an old (better) laptop that I thought was probably 'junk"!!! Jose went to work and in a matter of a couple of hours I walked out with my old laptop all tuned up and operating like it's brand new!!

Our 13 year old dropped our laptop that broke the screen and fan. During a trip to the Columbus Market, I noticed Marketplace Computers and decided to bring it in to see if it was even fixable (to me looked like the end of the laptop). Marketplace ordered the parts and replaced the screen and fan perfectly. Very professional. Very customer oriented and wanting to make the customer happy. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Anytime I’ve needed a specific type of computer—whether a Mac or PC—he’s gone above and beyond to either repair it or help me find the perfect one to buy. Not only that, but he upgrades the hardware and optimizes the performance so it runs even better than when it was brand new. He’s also retrieved precious photos of my children’s births from an old hard drive—something I thought was lost forever. He really was helpful in providing information to us and even offered a cable that potentially could help remy the situation. 😀😁.
