I have been coming to CPS Computers for many years now. I was connected through a friend of mine. I have had nothing but high quality service from this company. Robert Cheng the owner, has been a man of his word and has resolved any and all issues that may have come about with my computers. I reccomended them to a business and the business that I reccomended them to uses them and are as well pleased with their service from CPS Computers and has been been for many years and still currently. 5 stars.

John is extremely knowledgable. Ive used him and CPS Tech many times for computer issues. Today he was able to solve an internet issue that Comcast was unable to fix, bringing my speed and connectivity to levels beyond my expectations. He is personable and efficient. I have been dealing with CPS for years. The technicians there really know what they are doing. I have never presented them with an issue that they could not fix. They are not only knowledgeable but they are also professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend CPS.

Not recommended at all. I brought a computer in for repair. They did work without getting my approval, charged me over $375 plus another $50.00 to diagnose, and I still had the same Problem as when I dropped it. The Asian fellow with the glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Found out about this place through Google and am so glad I did! If you have issues with your computer, I highly recommend this place. They are always friendly, timely, and efficient! And their prices are extremely fair, compared to places like Geek Squad. CPS is my go-to for sure.
