5 stars for Madeline! this morning I went to Staples to get some copies of prints & I really wanted to recognize Madeline, because I was so impressed with her service. She expertly managed multiple customers efficiently and with a smile on her face. I just thought it was so so outstanding and wanted to shout her out!

UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The Staples Cherry Hill store received my product to laminate on a Thursday was told it would be completed by Monday. Today, Tuesday I made 3 phone calls and my husband made 3 phone calls and was told "product is on hold." By evening we finally asked for a manager and was told they shipped our product to a wrong store and resent it out yesterday to another state. I need my product by tomorrow and it is still with UPS so I will not even have it, let alone completed as I paid for. No one called, I was given the run around when I called 6 times. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Do not trust this store.

Vanessa was so helpful and kind at our visit today. She went above and beyond for our printing service and eased a lot of stress for me while I’m planning a baby shower for my cousin. Thank you Vanessa for saving the day 🙏🏽

I was greeted by the young women behind each counter and was asked if I needed help. One came from behind the counter and helped me with my self service print work. It was a great experience 💗

I came in last week to get a banner for my new small business. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding me through the best material to get. I was a little stressed because I needed it by the weekend and than BOOM they told me to come back in a couple hours to pick it up. The banner was EVERYTHING I could of asked for and more! Thank you to the staff for the patience and guidance. The banner really made my pop-up shop POP! :) will be back for anymore of my small business needs for sure!
