My computer died working on an architectural project. I went to Kayatech for the first time, they quickly found the cause, the computer was built by another company, made specifically for large programs where you need a very powerful computer. I thought I was doing well. But the computer was not built correctly, the temperature was higher than the maximum, so the processor burned down. And a lot was done wrong. We learned all this after checking the computer at Kayatech, and they reassembled my computer, put in a new processor, water cooling system, and a new system, and my computer is working on projects again. And let me just say it works a lot faster. I recommend Kayatech to you if you have such problems, or a special computer, these masters know their work, as it should be right.

I have worked in Cherry Hill for 25 years and drove past the shop almost daily. When my Asus Zephyrus G15 died in the middle of me working on some school work I tried everything before I decided to take it to them for a consult. Let me tell you my G15 is back to life and running like day 1, in fact I think the temps are better than ever. They diagnosed a bad motherboard which is what I had suspected and offered me 2 options, repair or replace the motherboard. I decided to let them try and repair it since the price was cheaper and they only charge you if the repair is successful. I called in and spoke with the tech before the repair and felt confident they knew what they were doing. Can't recommend them enough, if your laptop is out of warranty and needs repair give them a try. Thank you Kayatech

Great customer service. I got stuck in traffic was on my way to pick up my sons fixed PlayStation5 I called let them know I was running late and would be there 5 minutes after they closed. The man said no worries and he would wait for me to get there. I had one happy kid. I highly recommend this place. They are very good. Price was fair and they kept us updated throughout the whole process of them fixing it. Thank you so much.

Great place! Very professional staff! I had an internal antenna replaced on my Samsung smartphone, and they got me an accurate quote, preformed the work quickly and gave me peace of mind that if this didn't resolve my issue, I'd receive a refund. Luckily that wasn't necessary. Couldn't be happier.
