I recently purchased a Mac, and Mr. Bruce was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was patient and guided me in choosing the right Mac that met my needs. Even when I realized I wanted to use the Apple Card monthly installment plan after the initial purchase, Mr. Bruce handled the refund and the new transaction with great patience and a positive attitude. I truly appreciate his willingness to assist me with every step, even when I made the process a bit more complicated. Thank you so much, Mr. Bruce!

I came in today for a screen repair (screen wasn’t responding properly), the person who walked me through the entire process was a vibe! The personality, confidence and just the way they carried themselves was an experience within its self! Would definitely recommend this store, 10/10! Ps, appointment was at 11:20, walked out by 12:30! (And yes I was able to roam the mall while they fixed my entire issue)

As soon as we stepped into the store, we were greeted by a staff. Then we got our questions answered and scheduled an appointment for my daughter's phone battery replacement. Later when we came back for the battery replacement, I asked about my phone problem and got it solved immediately! Every staff is friendly and helpful! I had purchased two Iphones and two watches from Cherry Hill Apple store as gift for my relatives in India. I purchased it a day before I traveled and since it was a gift, I trusted that the product would be in good shape. However to my surprise one of the IPhone had scratches on it when my relative opened the box. I immediately tried to reach out to customer care and was told there are no return options for store purchases unless you are physically present in the store and as I was on vacation for close to a month the time for return had passed. However it's of no fault of mine that I end up loosing my money for a faulty product. The manager Greg at the Cherry Hill Apple Store has no regards for customer or even acknowledge what the customer is going through. He speaks in a condescending tone and expects the customer to pay for the repair of the faulty product that his store sold. He even went on to say that even if I had returned it within 14 days he wouldn't accept it. No options were given except to take more money off my hand in the name of repair. Worst customer service ever for a faulty product.

Absolutely incredible customer service from the Manager, Patrick. Patrick went above and beyond for two days to help me buy my new iPhone. He was patient, kind, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about him and his supportive staff! I drove an hour away just to be able to have Patrick help me, he is truly remarkable and deserves such a high praise! I am forever thankful and will most definitely take the drive for any of my future Apple needs from now on! Highly highly recommend!!! The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and how Patrick treats his staff was so nice to witness as well! Thank you so much!
