Juan, the technician, is as honest as the day is long. I took my great grandson Nintendo Switch to be repaired as suggested by a Geek Squad staffer from Best Buy. The Best Buy staffer told me not to spend more than $150 for the repair. I go to UBrakeIFix, and the technician Juan explains he would have to send it out for repair, and the cost will be $150.00. I leave the Switch. A week later, Juan calls to tell the Switch was ready. He didn't have to send it out. He located the problem, and the repair was only $25.00!
