REAL Solutions upgraded and secured my whole network within a few days. We have a staff of six and used to deal with a company that was not very responsive to our needs. The quote that we were given had many products and solutions on them because they wanted to give us options and we could tell they were trying to be as transparent as possible. It was a pleasure working with Julian specifically. He kept me updated on each step of the way. When we first met Julian, it was during an emergency issue where two of our users were unable to connect and work. He explained it was due to malware and noticed we didn’t have functional antivirus. Apparently, our old company allowed our antivirus to expire and didn’t let us know. He said we had the right firewall in place but it wasn’t configured properly and even showed us what he was referring to, albeit I didn’t understand any of it.
