I hate the idea of planned obsolescence so I like to keep my cell phone working for as long as possible. I needed my battery and screen replaced and these guys were awesome getting the job done in about 2 hours! I also always appreciate any kind of business that focuses on service, that give you what you need rather than up-sell you on things you don't. I was able to get my old phone fixed for a fraction of the cost of would have taken to get a new one. uBreakiFix thank you so much! You are the kind of service I never want to need but I need to want when I have an issue ;) . Keep up the great work! Edit/ update: Ive had some time to to use my phone after repair and am happy to report it keeps charge much longer and charges much more efficiently! I use an external battery to charge my phone ant was able to get a full charge out of 15% from the external where before it would have taken more than 25%. Suffice to say its a pleasant though not wholly unexpected surprise and I couldn't be happier! Thanks again guys!!!

These guys were great. They were able to fix a very damaged screen on a phone in less time than originally estimated. Brian was honest, knowledgeable, and sincere. He took the time to answer questions, which demonstrated the value behind the price point of the service. Ultimately, I walked out with a working phone in less than half a day and at a fraction of the cost it would have taken me to order a new one. I would absolutely go back to these guys again.

They were fabulous and quick! Much appreciated that they fit us in last minute before the holiday weekend. Simple process through insurance and the storefront was awesome to not have to ship it out and wait for a new phone!

This place is awesome. In particular, the employee Brian went above and beyond to help us out. I have had multiple pixel phones repaired here (one of them fell from a roller coaster and was completely destroyed). The cost is reasonable and the service is fast. I highly recommend them

I want to give them a higher rating because their lead technician there was really nice, but he's the only reason I'm rating them 2 stars instead or 1. I left with them a Nintendo Switch Lite. The screen had blacked out and I assumed I needed a screen replacement. After dropping it off, it had been 5 days and I didn't get a single response or update on my device. Long story short, I waited 2 weeks... And when I came in, having NOT been contacted at all, my device was in the same state as when I left it. If you decide to go to this place, just make sure you call them for updates because they won't call you.
