Right from the first phone call, I was treated like a valued customer. Lucas was out on the road but returned within a few minutes- yes, they will come to you, and very kindly explained what could be wrong with my computer and how he could fix it. It turned out that he was correct in his evaluation and fixed it very quickly. When I came to pick it up, he carefully explained what he fixed and answered all of my questions and also helped with a phone problem I had been having! I will definitely be back with any computer issues and will spread the word to others. Great company- great guy! Ask for Lucas!!

Brian is the best around! He walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He explained products and provided options to fit my need and did not try to upsell me things I don’t need. This was a 11/10 experience, I came in because my phone screen broke and I had been told by other stores to come back tomorrow and I have a concert to go to tonight so i was super stressed. Right when I walked in it was a super friendly and easy process. It took literally only 30 minutes which was so convenient and everyone was super helpful.
