Alper was incredibly responsive and kind as he helped my wife with a phone issue. He communicated with us before he was even open for the day about the likelihood that he could repair the phone, and even sent me updates as he sent her to the Verizon store for what ended up being a quick fix with a new SIM card. He also dried it out thoroughly which fixed water damage in the camera and it is now good as new. This is not the first time we have used Alper, and once again we couldn't be any more pleased with his honest, reliable, and affordable service.

If you are in need of iPad screen replacements for communication devices etc., I wanted to recommend someone I just had a great experience with. Alper Akcay at Device Surgeon in Boonton, NJ. He was patient, knowledgeable, communicated well with updates and photos of progress (for decision making purposes) and his prices were fair. I’m very happy to have been able to recover so many devices we lost over the years to behavioral issues or just plain mishaps. We now have back up AAC devices and ones for leisure time. Will definitely be using him again in the future. He really took the time to assess our families needs and make this such a pleasant experience.

Great experience with Alper at the Device Doctor in Boonton. I walked in without an appointment. He fixed my phone right away. I was in and out in 15 minutes and he did an excellent job. He is friendly and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
