I was at a loss as to what do do when my home computer crashed. Called C&C Computer Repair and Craig was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the first phone call. Dropped my computer off to him within a day he diagnosed the problem and told me for what it would cost I could buy a new one. Bought a new computer dropped it off to C&C so he could set it up and transfer my files from the old computer. Personable and friendly service at a reasonable price. Thank you Craig for taking such good care of me and my computer! I highly recommend!

C & C Computer Designs was amazing! I had had a problem with my laptop. This was the first time I had to look for a computer person. My nephew usually does it, but he can't anymore. I was very nervous trying to find someone. You hear horror stories of how they rip you off. I came across C & C and read his reviews. I was impressed with how everyone loved C & C customer service. Well all I can say is they were right. Craig was very helpful and went out of his way to take care of my needs. Unfortunately my computer had crashed. Craig suggested to get a new one and he would take everything from the old computer and transfer it to the new one. Patience, determination and complete trust!! Windows 10 would not update on our Gateway and caused complete havoc. Craig tried to diagnose the problems several times and spent countless hours on hold and talking to Microsoft. He gave me work-arounds while we waited for Microsoft to provide a fix, which they never could. Finally we had to replace the computer. Once Craig was on the case, I never had extended downtime or lost any data. He was available for help every time I needed it. I was thrilled to see my new computer start up with all my shortcuts and customization. Thankfully the only thing missing was the blasted message of Windows wanting to update every 45 mins. His prices are more than fair. Thank you Craig.

Craig did an excellent job on helping me with my laptop. I had weird pop ups and viruses; I called Craig and it was the best decision I could've made. Within an hour he cleaned my computer remotely, without me having to leave the house. Now its running like a new machine.
