Renzo and Ari, they are the best! They had me come back because I didn’t understand the work they did. They hooked up my pc told me everything they did and how they structured the ssd and HDD! Very intelligent people dedicated to making each customers day a bit brighter! PS. They cleaned my system without me knowing barely any dust!

This post is a little late. This was my go to repair shop for a couple of years when the former owner and Edgar the former manager was in charge. Edgar was a very kind and caring person who actually cared about his customers. As for some reviews on this post, new management is horrible and are also dishonest and cheat customers. Ever since the new owner Renzo took over about 4 or 5 years ago this place has gone downhill. Renzo is a greedy selfish pompous money hungry jerk. On Friday, December 30, 2022 I brought in my Macbook Pro 2020 because it needed a new battery. Renzo said it would be ready by Wednesday January 4, 2023, which was a complete total lie. I ask him do you have your own supplier?, he responds I do, which was another complete total lie, I found out after I agreed to the deal that he only ordered the battery part from Amazon for only $55 and he has the audacity to charge me $250 for the part and labor. If I knew that he would do it this way I would of never agreed to the deal and just bought the part myself on Amazon for a much cheaper price. On Wednesday, January 11, 2023, before I walked in I called that day and he gets all defensive and acts like I am not even a customer after I gave him my name and number, what was the point of taking down my number if you are not going to call me when the device was ready? Also, that same day I walked in the shop I discovered that the laptop was not fully repaired, he was still installing the battery inside which took 1 hour and 35 minutes to get done. If you need a laptop battery replacement my recommendation is you go to Apple, Microsoft, Samsung, Dell, etc to get the right parts at a reasonable price that you need.
