Husband & I went to the Lebanon NH store this a.m. to purchase a new printer for his birthday. No clerks available to wait on us - there was one check out clerk - 2 people in "printing dept"- one girl acknowledged my presence but gave no indication of when, or if, she could help me, the other person ignored me, as he was busy with a customer. I searched the store for a representative to help us and could find no one. We left. Your store missed out on approximately a $300.00 sale. We went to Best Buy - there was someone at a desk to great us and give us information as to where the printers would be. She called a clerk and he met us in that particular dept., he helped us locate our new printer, showed us where we could conveniently check out, and helped us carry our printer to the front of the store.

Tip from one burned customer, if you order a print job online, make sure you check it before leaving the store. I needed a 2 page job application and when I got home found that it had been 3-hole punched. When I called to discuss, was told by the manager that I would have to call back later when someone was in that department. Had he been at all pleasant about being overwhelmed by the customers in front of him I would have completely understood. Instead he was rude.

Spoke with a tech in sales in West Lebanon NH and ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop based on his reccomendation -- wanting specifically with a touch screen. . It was delivered today. Guess what??? no touch screen!! We paid about $240 more for this feature. Greatly disappointed. Not appropriate.

Quality of the product and the customer service were top notch, and the price guarantee is legit. I thought for sure I'd find a cheaper price on the internet, but couldn't. Plus I prefer to support our local store.
