Needed a shipping box for an 14x18 picture I painted and to get it shipped. They only had large boxes and the employee told me just put packing peanuts around it..so I bought the box and 2 bags of packing..to send my 3 lb. Box to Seattle it was 139.00 I was in sticker shock..so I left.. found an art shop who wrapped it in cardboard for free and I sent it for 17.00 ... Do not use the big box as Staples suggested.. good Lord!!!!

Kloey helped me at the UPS drop off area and her service was above and beyond. She helped me with an Amazon return because now they make it such a headache to give you your money back. She assisted me in printing out a label and then put in on the envelope for me.

I went to return a package from. Amazon. This girl took my 3 pairs of pants put a sticker on it and threw it in a box meanwhile the sticker fell to the floor and she didn't even notice. I asked her to place the items into a bag and told her the sticker fell on the floor. She gave me a dirty look and did what I asked. Very rudely. I hate doing my returns here. The line is always long and to get that type of service makes it even worse.

When I arrived, no register was open. That, I understand. It was the busiest hour of the day and all the staff had to play in all areas of the court. However, the following is... quite bad. They pulled the people in line to the business center So I waited there for 10 minutes Part way through, someone pulled people to the register. She didn't say that all of the people had to go, she made it sound optional. But when I was up at the business center, I was told to go to the register, behind all of the people who were previously behind me; Only because I followed their instructions which were absurdly misleading. After that, I was told that all pickups are at the business center. Right as it became my turn at the business center, they pulled the person who was at the register who previously told me to go to the business center over - and he had to take me. He then told me I had to wait somewhere else (like... 2 feet to my left, which wasn't an actual service area). After a few minutes of me standing there, he takes me again, brings me to the register and starts showing me every box with an office chair asking if they were mine. He then told me it wasn't there without looking at any of the tags. The manager (or whoever was in charge) saw this happen, so he intervened. He tried showing the associate the process (clearly not the first time) and was being very patient and kind - a genuinely good teacher. He was great. The bottom line: if the manager didn't overhear, I would've been thrown from line to line for even longer and probably wouldn't have ended up with my order. Also concerning was that it really seemed as if the associate was just going to give me any chair that I claimed was mine.

I love Staples! Their staff is courteous, and they always have the office supplies and electronics equipment and accessories that I need.
