Absolutely fantastic. Came in for a cracked screen on MacBook Pro. Was told 7-10 days approximately, job was done in 6. Great email communication regarding status/progress of work. Quoted price was exactly what I ended up paying. I worked with Sophie but all employees I interacted with were knowledgeable and great. My experience could not have been better or smoother.

I’ve worked with this shop before and always had smooth experiences, but my recent interaction left me disappointed. I emailed them requesting a quote for a completely destroyed phone to submit to my insurance. While they responded, their email lacked the shop's signature, making it invalid for my claim. I followed up, clearly explaining the phone's condition and emphasizing that they could provide a quote without seeing it in person, as it was obviously beyond repair. Unfortunately, they did not respond. When I called to request a proper reply, they insisted on seeing the phone first, despite my detailed explanation of its state. This forced me to spend $30 on an Uber to bring the phone to them after scheduling an appointment. Once there, they claimed the phone was too damaged for them to replace and directed me to Apple in Salem/Manchester, suggesting Apple might provide a one-time courtesy repair. When I traveled 40 miles to the Apple store, I was informed there is no rule about how damaged a phone must be for a replacement. In fact, they assured me that even a phone in multiple pieces could be replaced. This experience showed a lack of professionalism on the shop's part. They failed to provide a simple, proper email response and caused unnecessary inconvenience and expense by sending me elsewhere without clear justification.

I recently took my laptop to check on an issue with the fan of my 7 month old laptop. I run IT support for another company. The employee, Dylan, who checked it in, without looking inside the laptop, told me multiple times I had paper in it and told me I was wrong when I told him I didn’t think so. Once they checked it out, they confirmed there was no paper on in it as he told me he was, as I thought. However I there was a new scratch on the top of case. They called upon Dylan to claim that this was not there someone who has seen this device once and who was wrong about the paper as well versus myself who uses this device daily. After speaking to the manager Anthony, and following up, this is their response verbatim left on my voice mail: “We are not responsible for that damage. Will take no responsibility for that. That's pretty much all we have to say about this at this time.” If you want a professional tech support experience, customer service for resolution and taking responsibility for an issue, and your laptop to not be returned with new scratches, I definitely recommend finding another business.

More than a handful of friends much younger than I as well as a competitor in town could not figure out what glitch in my phone had prevented Siri from working FOR YEARS. I came prepared to sit and wait for hours, but I was happily sent on my way with my fully functioning phone in about 10 minutes. Thank you MacEdge and Katie Newman for your skill and expertise.

Katie Newman is a true miracle worker! My computer crashed yesterday so I went to MacEdge and Katie had my computer back up and running in 3 minutes flat! She was also very kind, knowledgeable and gave me good advice of what to do next time this happens! 110% recommend this place!! 10 stars!!
