I was having a deadline crunch crisis and George at the printing and marketing station made everything so much easier and was able to get the job done at the time I needed. I am incredibly thankful for him and his team. Definitely a great Staples location!

The Sales Associate went above and beyond by ordering me a battery that was out of stock to be shipped to my house for free. She also was able to fulfill a sales price on a three pack that was out of stock by giving me 3 singles for the sale price of a 3 pack. I was extemely grateful for her accommodating my needs.

I went to the Plaistow NH Staples to buy a new laptop. Not being tech savvy I entered the store with a lot of apprehension. The associate Marilyn came over and asked me what I was looking for in a computer. She recommended a few and explained how they were similar and different. She answered all my questions and some. She was very patient. I bought my laptop along with a monitor which I absolutely love. I have bought my previous computers at the Plaistow NH store and have always had a good experience, probably why I keep going back. I also have great luck with my HP computers which my last 2 and this one have been. Highly recommend visiting this store.

I went to the Staples in Plaistow looking for a keyboard/mouse, universal adapter, and when I went up to the cashier to ask her, if she could help me find one, she said she didn’t know what I was talking about, then she radioed to somebody who I could hear speaking from outback, and he said that he didn’t know what I was talking about and then all communication stopped. I waited about 10 seconds and asked is anyone coming to help me and she looked at me and said no, and then I said, can you point me in the right direction of where it might be and she said I guess it’s probably over by the keyboards, which it was not! Very dissatisfied with the customer service, probably won’t go there again
