Very satisfied with this repair company. I have an Ecovacs Deebot N8 Pro+ that was having an issue with the main brush motor. I sent it to ifixrobot in NH (I'm in IL), and I was plesantly surprised with the experience start to finish. First to know, follow directions by the company. I followed them exactly, and they responded exactly as laid out. The timeline was exact, albeit a bit long, but if you read the directions it is all spelled out accurately. The work was immaculately well done. The machine runs perfectly. I will be using this company again, and I highly recommend them. Communication is top-notch-- I received both texts and emails for each step. Nice to know there is a repair company out there that still does work like this. A+

Awful. Didn't fix the problem with my vacuum, continued to have all the same issues as before. Support was terrible, only offered to take it back and take out the part and send it back IF they could replicate the issue but wouldn't guarantee. Documented all of the problems with videos and screenshots so I didn't trust sending it back and just to have them say that it was fine. Obviously they didn't test it extensively enough the first time and didn't have any confidence that they would test it enough to find the problem the second time and didn't want to send it back and have them want to charge just to return to me still broken. Vacuum's basic functions still worked so I wanted to keep it for those uses (mapping and boundary detection is broken). I could have bought a new vacuum for what I paid to assess and "fix". Do yourself a favor and avoid this awful company.

They received my robot over a month ago. They confirmed they had it. I've emailed. I've called. No one ever got back to me or reached out. Now I finally get a hold of someone and they're telling me it's working so they're sending it back without doing anything. This thing gets lost ALL THE TIME. I feel like they ran it once, I've paid, now I'm getting the darn thing back again and it's still not working. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Waste of time and money.

Had an out-of-warranty robot serviced, and it performs and looks as good as new. Couldn't be happier. Talented technicians, fair pricing, stayed on schedule, packaged with care, and GREAT communication from customer service answering inquires to repair status updates. Will not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the work done on our Roomba i7+. Our roomba had water damage and they replaced the motherboard. It works great now. So glad we didn't have to buy a new one. Decent prices. Thank you so much!
