Management, get some staff in. It’s wild that you have one person manning an entire side of the building by himself. 30min to sit and wait means you just lost a sale to Target. Also hopefully you aren’t paying the Chrome guy because he’s just sitting over here talking on the phone being a waste of space with customers in the door.

Very unsatisfied, my computer screen wasn't working, the person that looked at my computer said if I work on it you might lose everything in your hard drive and all he did was plug it in and feel the corner of the screen and told me it would cost $150 when he didn't even know what the problem was yet. So I brought it back home and got it to reboot myself. These people are supposed to be professionals not guessers. Next time I'll try a different place.

I was having battery problems with my iPhone (otherwise working perfectly fine) so I took it in to get the battery replaced at Geek Squad. The nice man asked me a bunch of questions and then took my phone out back to run diagnostics on it. When he came back he informed me that it was not a battery problem, but rather a logic board issue and they could not repair it. He told me I could either spend $400 to replace my phone or $800 to upgrade to a new one. This didn't seem right to me so I called another shop, iPhone Repair by iRich in Westford, MA, and Rich said this was BS and replaced the battery that day. Fast forward - my phone works great with a new battery. Geek Squad told me I would need a whole new phone...don't waste your time!

I had a excellent and very satisfactory experience with Ian of the Nashua Best Buy Geek Squad yesterday. My computer was not connecting to our WIFI and also dropping the signal - most annoying as I work from home. Ian was a great listener with EXCELLENT technical skills and resolved my issue within a short while. He also suggested products in the store that I might consider if the problem developed again. He was polite, very skilled and made such a good impression that I'll be sure to ask for him to make recommendations when I'm ready to buy a new computer. Thanks again Ian!

Geek Squad has made my tech life easier. The agents' professionalism is notable and broad knowledge of all things tech is reassuring. As the "go-to" repair guy for all tech items in our family of four and my business, I wish I had joined Total Tech sooner. I would absolutely recommend their services. Now I can say "I have people for that".
