Went with my daughter to pick up her iPhone which she bought through the Apple site. We were provided with a pick up time/appointment and when we arrived we stood around waiting to be checked in - we finally had to interrupt a group of three staff members who finally acknowledged us and checked us in. When one of them tried finding the order, it was not in their system so we were advised to go “Google customer service” and ask about the order. Basically, we were told to go away and figure it out and then come back. As customer service goes - this was about as far off the mark as it gets and extremely disappointing. To be clear, they were very nice once they were talking with us but absolutely no help whatsoever. I am far too invested in working with Apple products to change but this experience has left me wondering how to best get iOS devices for my family as this process has been lacking at every turn.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Apple Store. I purchased a laptop charger on line. When I went to the store to pick it up I showed them my laptop specs and they assured me I had ordered the right one. It wasn’t the right one so I went back to exchange it. They processed my return and told me I would have to wait 24 hours for the credit to my gift card. I now have to return a third time, assuming my funds are returned. This plus a nasty condescending attitude from the sales clerk and manager. So disappointing when I think of how much of my money goes to Apple.

I recently visited the Apple Store at Pleasant Lane Mall, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The store is spacious, well-organized, and exudes the sleek, modern aesthetic that Apple is known for. The layout made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for, whether it was a new iPhone or accessories. The staff at this location were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and someone was available to assist me right away. They answered all of my questions with patience and provided detailed explanations of the different products and services available. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase, which I really appreciated. The in-store experience was further enhanced by the availability of demo products, which allowed me to test out the latest gadgets before making a decision. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and I was able to leave the store with my new purchase in no time. Overall, the Apple Store at Pleasant Lane Mall offers an outstanding shopping experience with top-notch customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the latest Apple products or needing technical support. Thanks for your service

I went in to purchase an item but wanted to talk with someone before being 100% certain I wanted it. No one took my name or aknowlegded I was there. I asked to speak with someone and they said there were a few folks ahead of me so I waited some more. It wasnt until I heard someone a few feet away saying (loudly) their name was never taken that I was firm to someone that I had been waiting. They said I had to talk to the manager. The manager was short with me and said I had to keep waiting and finally asked someone to take my name. She breifly spoke to me about the item I wanted and gave me false information about it. A few minutes later the sales person assigned to me was little helpful in answering the questions I had. I was hoping to speak to a person. Instead I ended up having to keep asking the same question to get more or a response than a simple yes or no. I anticipated my transaction taking thirty minutes max. Instead I was at the dreadful store for over an hour. A better sales person would have made me aware of the the things I needed when getting a first time apple watch. Instead I made the purchase and had to sit through a cascading array of updates on my phone to pair. A day later I am still not paired and have little motivation to do so. I am returing the watch becuase the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I want to avoid that place as much as I can in the future. Another one of their products increases the chances that I will be forced to walk in there and I wont have it. My wallet feels a $400 purchase but it seemed negligible to apple.

Absolutely disgusted with the service for this location. I brought over an iPhone 12 to replace the TrueDepth camera that was confirmed by the diagnostics to be faulty. After going back to pick up the iPhone after the supposedly repair, they handed me the phone without the repair done, saying that there was something else and that the phone had non-genuine part. However, they handed the phone with the screen display totally off and with the display broken on the speaker area. So absolutely never going back to this location. I’ve never been so disappointed with Apple.
