Andy in the garage that installed my remote starter was amazing! He did it in lightning speed. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend the garage for remote installs!

Easy 5 stars for Andy. Honest, very helpful, and genuinely wants you to be happy with the purchase and install. I hope he is compensated well because he is better than most auto dealers that charge twice the price.

I almost want to give Geek Squad, Manchester a two star review. I went into Best Buy to visit the Geek Squad to get an estimate on how much it will cost to fix the screen on my son's iPad. There were no other customers and no one behind the counter. You have to go online and book an appointment. At least the Apple store had an employee who came out to see if they could be of service and gave me an estimate on the cost of the repair.

Save yourself the time, money and effort by not visiting this place!! My pc was having issues so I decided to drop it off and get it checked out. After 4 days they call saying there’s nothing wrong with it, they’ve run the diagnostic and everything works fine. The next day I run into the same issue, take it back the second time for them to tell me there’s nothing wrong with it. Brought it back today and have the same problem of pc rebooting. Charged me the diagnostic fee to basically tell me there’s nothing wrong while I keep running into the same issue…

Made an appointment to have a 2 year old LG Sound Bar that stopped working 2 months after the Best Buy service contract ended. The useless "Geek" told me there was nothing they could do for me and would have to send it out to be looked at and would likely cost over $300 to fix.
